Ag Loan Officer
The Security State Bank of Kenyon is seeking qualified candidates for an Ag Loan Officer position to manage and expand our existing Ag Loan Portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Develop new business while maintaining and servicing our existing loan portfolio;
- Source, develop and underwrite new agriculture financial requests;
- Develop and maintain superior customer relations with lending customers;
- Promote and sell the bank’s products and services;
- Represent the bank through community involvement.
Candidate qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years of agri-business lending in a community bank setting;
- Specialized credit and/or sales training;
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
