With over 20 years of management, leadership, and consulting experience, Jerry Olson of Olson HR Consulting has an established track record of leading change and getting results. Both as a human resources executive and as a human resources & leadership development consultant, Olson has helped client organizations accomplish their mission and objectives through:

  • improving human resource systems and processes;
  • aligning employee benefit plans with organizational mission and objectives;
  • improving employee relations through individual management and supervisory skills training; and
  • improving individual and organizational effectiveness through leadership training and development.

Jerry Olson, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. He has completed business management programs through the Executive Development Center at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Jerry is also a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program and was the Executive Director of Leadership Red Wing, a community leadership development program. He also has extensive strategic leadership experience serving on numerous boards for a variety of business and community organizations.
